How can I purchase online?
It's easy! Follow the steps below:
- Choose your design
- Add the amount you wish to issue
- Select how many cards you are after
- Choose your delivery option, if you would like to send as a gift or are buying for yourself.
If you choose to send as a gift, you can choose a delivery date for the card to send - Choose a mode of delivery, we offer email, SMS, or both!
- Fill out your details, and if you choose to send as a gift, please fill out the receivers’ details
- Preview your gift card
- Proceed to payment
- Agree to the terms and conditions, and you’re complete!
Where can I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem your gift card in-salon at any Essential Beauty salons around Australia. You can redeem on services, and products purchased in-salon only.
Can I redeem my gift card online?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards can only be redeemed in an Essential Beauty salon.
How long does my gift card last for?
Your gift card is valid for up to three years.
I haven’t received my gift card yet, what can I do?
First, check your emails to make sure your mailbox is working and the gift card has not been sent to another folder:
- Check your spam or junk folders;
- If you use Outlook, check your Other mailbox;
- If you use Gmail, check your Promotions and Social mailboxes;
- Clear your deleted items and spam folders and check that you can receive mail. If you mailbox is full you won't receive your gift card;
- Check the recipient's email address is correct on the Ordr Status page (see below).
You can check the status of your order on the Order Status page. From here you can confirm the email address the gift card has been delivered to, and if delivery has been successful. You can resend the gift card email by clicking the icon to the right of the gift card.
If you still cannot find your gift card please email our gift card team at giftcards@essentialbeauty.com.au, and our dedicated team will do their very best to help you out! Please include the order number and recipient's email address to help us find your order.
Redeeming Your Gift Card
How can I redeem my gift card?
Redeeming your gift card at Essential Beauty’s salons is easy! Our gift cards can be used in any Essential Beauty salon location around Australia. Gift cards can be used not only on all services, but all products in salon (including jewellery, skincare, aftercare products & more).
To redeem your card, simply present your digital gift card in salon when paying for services or products. You can either print the gift card or show it on your mobile device
